Jessica PAN graduated from Monash University in 2009 with a double degree in secondary education and science. She is a registered secondary school teacher in Victoria and has taught at St Francis Xavier Secondary School in Victoria as a teacher in Mathematics and Chemistry. Since 2012, Mrs. Pan joined the Australian study and immigration industry and successfully became a registered agent that was approved by Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) in 2015.

She has deep understanding of language barriers obstacles and cultural gaps that most of international students were encountered, so she could always encourage students to exert their talents and achieve their dreams. With her passion for education and immigration, her team and herself have designed and provided a one-stop service for students from school admission to immigration application, which includes education and immigration related consultations, enrollment services and job-seeking services. She has solid knowledge and rich experiences on the Australian education system, courses in universities and skilled immigration; therefore she can lay down the most appropriate and efficient immigration plan for clients based on the actual situation.

In her 7 years of career, she has successfully handled countless complex cases, helped clients find the best solution during their migration way. Gary immigrated to Australia with his family in 1999 and has been studying in Australian since junior school, therefore he has a very clear understanding of Australian local politics, culture and education. He graduated from Monash University with a major in international trade in 2008 and has worked in trade management for 7 years. It is precisely because of his cross-disciplinary working experiences that he always can easily communicate with customers from different countries and cultural backgrounds.

Gary is enthusiastic and friendly, and he is very patient in consulting with clients. Many of the clients he has helped before become friends with him eventually. He has a rigorous working attitude, always treats every consultation and every application carefully, also cherish every opportunity to provide services to clients. Therefore, he has received numerous praises and commendations from clients. Migration assistant

Lee comes from Guangxi, China. She has come to Australia to study the VCE course at Wesley College since 2008 and has completed postgraduate studies in accounting at Monash University. Lee, who has lived in Australia for more than ten years, knows all aspects of Australian society, especially the education environment, system and immigration policies. Therefore, Lee can often understand the needs and difficulties of customers, especially the international student group.

She has been working in the education and immigration industry for 3 years and often can use her rich experience to effectively help clients solve problems. As an administrative manager of B.Smart and an immigration copywriter, she is patient and dedicated to her work, and has helped a large number of clients successfully obtain visas. However, in Lee's opinion, an agent should not only help clients solve their problems, to guide clients to step into the right way in regards to education and immigration and help them achieve their dream eventually is the more important thing.

Mia Chen graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. She also has some background in language teaching, with a Master's degree from the University of Melbourne. What really got her into the field is the teaching experience she did at the LEC, the University of Melbourne. Throughout her teaching experience in the Korean language, she has realised that many international students who come to Australia inevitably encounter difficulties in cultural and lingual areas. Thus, she started to pay attention to the international student community and tried her best to help those who are in need with their visa and school applications, or trivial matters of living in Australia. As an education consultant of B.Smart, she listens effectively, performs her due diligence and is always patient with her clients. With the multilingual background, she can always deal with clients from different countries and take real efforts to listen well on clients’ demands.
