Subclass 485
This visa is a 2~5 years temporary visa for students who have completed two years of study in Australia. The purpose of this visa is to allow students to work in Australia.
The applicant who applies for this working visa needs the condition that his or her first student visa is submitted after November 5th, 2011. The applicant needs to complete at least 2 years of actual study in higher education. When submitting the visa application, the applicant needs to get score 6 on each single band for IELTS test. At the time applicant submits this visa, the applicant needs to have a valid student visa and must be in Australia. Lastly, the applicant must submit the visa application within 6 months of graduation.

Subclass 485
This visa is a 18-month temporary visa for students who graduated with skills and qualifications that are relevant to specific occupations in Australia needs. The purpose of this visa is to allow students to work in Australia.
The applicant who applies for this working visa needs the condition that his or her first student visa is submitted before November 5th, 2011. The applicant needs to complete at least 2 years of actual study in qualification relevant to an occupation on the skilled occupation list. If the student’s immigration conditions meet the Australian 189 immigration conditions, the student can apply for a permanent visa at any time. When submitting the visa application, the applicant needs to get score 6 on each single band for IELTS test. At the time applicant submits this visa, the applicant needs to have a valid student visa and must be in Australia. Lastly, the applicant must submit the visa application within 6 months of graduation.

Temporary Graduate Subsequent Entrant Visa
Subclass 485
You can include your family members when you lodge your temporary graduate visa in both post-study work visa and graduate work visa application. Your family members include: 1 partner (in a married relationship, or in a De Facto relationship), or your, or your partner’s dependent child who is unmarried and has not turned 18 years of age. You also can apply a subsequent entrant visa for your family members at a later time, separate to your main temporary work visa (Subclass 485) application.

Subclass 189
This visa is for invited workers and New Zealand citizens with skills we need, to live and work permanently anywhere in Australia. With this visa, you can work and study anywhere in Australia, bring eligible family members to Australia for permanent residency. However, applicants must have a look on skilled occupation list before coming to Australia, and have a suitable skills assessment for the occupation (each occupation has different skills assessment authority and requirements). When the applicant gets satisfactory points on the points test, they will be invited to apply for this visa.

Skilled Nominated Visa
Subclass 190
This visa lets nominated skilled workers live and work in Australia as permanent residents. Applying for the state sponsored visa can provide the applicant with extra 5 points, so applicants only need to reach 60 points to satisfy the minimum immigration requirement. However, this does not mean that you will get the invitation letter from immigration department when your score reached 65 points. With this visa, you can work and study anywhere in Australia, and bring eligible family members to Australia for permanent residency. Applicants must have a look on skilled occupation list before coming to Australia, and have a suitable skills assessment for the occupation (each occupation has different skills assessment authority and requirements). When the applicant gets satisfactory points on the points test, they will be invited to apply for this visa.

Skilled Regional Visa
Skilled Regional Visa
Subclass 887
This visa is for people who have lived and worked in specified areas of regional Australia on a previous, eligible visa. With this visa, you can stay in Australia permanently, work and study in Australia, get Medicare, and sponsor your relatives to come to Australia.
Applicants must be in Australia and hold an eligible visa for at least 2 years including: Subclass 489, 495, 496, 475, 487 at the time this Skilled Regional Visa (Subclass 887) application is made. Also, applicants must have worked full-time for at least 12 months when applying this visa. However, applicants do not need to do skill assessment, do not need to submit English score, and do not need to submit the score on points test when transferring to this Skilled Regional Visa (Subclass 887) from eligible visas. Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) Visa
Subclass 491
This is a provisional visa. It is for skilled workers who want to live and work in regional Australia. With this visa, you can stay in Australia up to 5 years, travel to and from Australia as many times as you want, while the visa is valid. However, the applicant must be nominated to apply by a State or Territory government agency, or an eligible relative to sponsor you for applying this visa. Also, the applicant must have an occupation on a relevant skilled occupation list, and have a suitable skills assessment for the occupation. When the applicant gets satisfactory points on the points test, they will be invited to apply for permanent residence visa.

Permanent Residence Visa (Skilled Regional)
Subclass 191
* This visa does not commence until 16 November 2022.
This visa is for people who have lived, worked and studied in designated regional area Australia on a previous, eligible visa. With this visa, you can stay in Australia permanently, work and study in Australia, get Medicare, and sponsor your relatives to come to Australia.
Applicants must be in Australia and hold an eligible visa at the time this Skilled Regional Permanent Residence Visa (Subclass 191) application is made. Also, applicants must have lived and had a taxable income for at least 3 years when applying this visa. However, applicants do not need to do skill assessment, do not need to submit English score, and do not need to submit the score on points test when transferring to this Skilled Regional Permanent Residence Visa (Subclass 191) from eligible visas.
